About Us:

Ansept Construction Ltd. is a fast-growing general contracting company based in Edmonton, specializing in both residential and commercial construction projects. We take pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and professionalism. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and help lead and manage ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to completion Coordinate with clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams Create and maintain project schedules and budgets Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality Manage permits, inspections, and compliance with regulations Track change orders and ensure proper documentation Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle Prepare regular progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in project management tools/software is an asset Valid driver's license and reliable transportation PMP or equivalent certification is considered an asset
