We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project management software and tools. This role requires excellent time management skills, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in various construction estimating and scheduling software.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
Review blueprints, schematics, and project documents to ensure compliance with design specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
Prepare detailed construction estimates using tools like HeavyBid and Civil 3D.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers.
Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., HeavyBid) and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6).
Experience with construction management software such as ProCore is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
