Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Interpret and analyze blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to ensure compliance with design requirements. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation. Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts for project costs. Implement project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and practices. Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, and HeavyBid. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
