Job Description

Veyron (a real estate developer specializing in luxury residential and hospitality), is searching for an exceptionally talented Project Manager to join our team and assist us in developing world-class product. As Project Manager, you are highly detail-oriented with a passion and perseverance towards executing multi-residential development projects on time and on budget. Bringing a process-mindset and strong business acumen, you have the ability to manage multiple projects in various phases in the development cycle.

Position Overview



The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of development projects from pre-construction through handover, including a key role in the delivery of several custom home builds. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, to quality standards, and with an exceptional customer experience. The Project Manager will work closely with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to turn the Company's vision into successful developments and bespoke custom homes.

Key Responsibilities



Project Planning & Coordination



Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate mechanical, structural, and interior finishes to ensure a job runs smooth during construction phases. Lead pre-construction meetings to confirm requirements and expectations. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Construction Management



Oversee daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, codes, and safety standards. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely and high-quality work. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Communication



Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress updates, manage expectations, and address concerns. Ensure a smooth delivery, including final inspections and defect resolution.

Quality & Compliance



Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Drive quality control processes and ensure build specifications are met or exceeded. Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, schedules, and change records.

Financial & Reporting



Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial targets are met. Prepare weekly and monthly status reports for senior management. Forecast resource needs and manage procurement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-7+ years of project management experience in residential construction or home building. Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and industry practices. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.

Preferred Qualifications



Professional certifications such as PMP, CPM, or equivalent. Experience in custom homes or high-end residential projects. Knowledge of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient design.

Working Conditions



Combination of office, site visits, and off-site meetings. Occasional after-hours communication or weekend site checks may be required based on project needs.
