Job Summary


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. The Project Manager will be responsible for fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices in project management.

Responsibilities



Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to PMBOK guidelines. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. Utilize project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project for tracking progress and managing tasks. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs. Oversee budgeting and cost control measures to ensure projects remain within financial constraints. Utilize data analysis skills for requirements analysis and root cause analysis to drive decision-making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through methodologies such as Kaizen and Lean principles. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective program development and implementation. Ensure quality management practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements



Proven experience in project management with a strong understanding of various methodologies . Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Strong skills in program design, development, and management with a focus on business process modeling. Proficient in using project management tools such as Confluence, Primavera P6, Basecamp, or Smartsheet. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and present information clearly. Strong organizational skills with the capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Experience in vendor management and negotiation skills for contract discussions. Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects or ERP systems is a plus. Ability to perform data collection and analysis for informed decision-making. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
