About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager, Commercialization, to drive new product ideas from concept to market, turning innovation into reality. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor and co-manufacturing partnerships, and ensures every project delivers on quality, timing, and cost goals, all while supporting Organika's mission to help people live healthier.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Relationship Management + Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and co-manufacturers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
+ Align production schedules and delivery timelines with business needs.
+ Evaluate partner performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Budget & Cost Management + Manage product costs to meet budget targets while maintaining quality standards.
+ Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs and supplier value.
Project Leadership + Act as the primary contact for co-manufacturing projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
+ Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
+ Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Procurement Strategy + Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute procurement strategies that support business objectives.
+ Assess and refine procurement and co-manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Performance & Quality Oversight + Monitor supplier performance metrics, including quality and on-time delivery, and take corrective action when needed.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and uphold high performance standards

Skills & Competencies Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Have or currently working towards your PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification 5+ years' experience in project management Proven success managing vendor partnerships. Strong project planning, coordination, and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience in budget management and cost optimization. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in project management and data analysis tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Results-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
