The Opportunity:
They're looking for a
Project Manager
to oversee electrical projects from planning to completion.
You'll work closely with a talented team of Electricians and the company owner to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate schedules, manage quotes, and maintain client relationships, all while representing
our Member's company
with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a
company ambassador
and lead by example
Train, support, and mentor
field staff
Schedule and coordinate
field teams and resources
Identify and pursue
sales and business development opportunities
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
Ensure all
safety standards and procedures
are followed
Manage projects to meet
budget, schedule, and quality goals
Interpret and review
electrical drawings, control panels, and circuits
Respond promptly to
emergency service calls
(occasional evenings/weekends)
Perform
field work and installations
as needed
Conduct
employee performance reviews
Travel to job sites for inspections and project oversight
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in a
commercial or institutional electrical environment
309A Licensed Electrician
or equivalent (required)
Valid G-Class driver's license
with a clean record
Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills
Proven ability to
manage multiple projects and lead teams
effectively
Additional
training or certifications
are considered an asset
