.The Opportunity:
They're looking for a
Project Manager
to oversee electrical projects from planning to completion.You'll work closely with a talented team of Electricians and the company owner to ensure each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate schedules, manage quotes, and maintain client relationships, all while representing
our Member's company

Key Responsibilities
Act as a
company ambassador
and lead by exampleTrain, support, and mentor
field staffSchedule and coordinate
field teams and resources Identify and pursuesales and business development opportunities
Build and maintainstrong client relationships
Ensure allsafety standards and procedures
are followed Manage projects to meetbudget, schedule, and quality goals
Interpret and reviewelectrical drawings, control panels, and circuits
Respond promptly toemergency service calls
(occasional evenings/weekends) Performfield work and installations
as needed Conductemployee performance reviews
Travel to job sites for inspections and project oversightQualifications
5+ years of experience
in acommercial or institutional electrical environment
309A Licensed Electrician
or equivalent (required)Valid G-Class driver's license
with a clean record Strongleadership, communication, and problem-solving
skills Proven ability tomanage multiple projects and lead teams
effectively Additionaltraining or certifications
