Project Manager – Client Delivery (custom Signage)

Job Description

Looking for a PM role where you own the customer relationship

and

stay close to the technical and production process?



At Advanced Lighting Systems, our Project Managers lead projects from customer sign-off through installation--working directly with clients, Technical Designers, and our production team to deliver custom signage across Canada and the U.S.

This is

not

a remote or purely administrative role. It requires strong communication, urgency, and comfort working with technical drawings and manufacturing teams.

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)



- 2+ years managing projects in

signage, construction, fabrication, millwork, exhibits, or manufacturing



- Experience working with production or technical teams

- Ability to read and interpret technical and/or architectural drawings

- Strong client communication and follow-through

If you have not managed build-based projects, this role will not be a fit.

What You'll Do



- Manage all assigned projects from approval through installation

- Handle

customer correspondence

and ongoing communication

- Assist with

lead generation and conversion

when required

- Submit and track

sales orders

into the plant

- Obtain

customer sign-off

on drawings, requirements, and revisions

- Ensure contracts are executed correctly, on time, and within budget

- Maintain a strong sense of

urgency and accountability



- Coordinate closely with

Technical Designers

on drawing release and changes

- Prepare for installation including

punch lists and site readiness



- Follow up with customers after project completion

- Provide reports such as

Field Reports

and

Job Cost Status



Your role is to

keep customers informed, support Technical Design and Production, and ensure every project closes successfully.

- Able to manage projects involving both small independent clients and large accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
