Our
Project Managers
have a
starting salary range of $60,000-$85,000
per annum based on experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

The
Project Manager
is responsible for the facilitation/coordination of various projects for our Customer Base to ensure the success of the project. Reporting on project progress and communicating with internal & external partners on project related issues.
Essential Functions for this Role are:
Coordinates and drives projects through to completion while maintaining the project budget.
Develops and controls project schedule and deliverables through project planning, execution, and communication.
Ensures scope of work is well defined and understood by both internal and external stakeholders.
Manages risks and their impact and creates awareness of risks with internal and external stakeholders.
Tracks project milestones and costs and compares and reports them against the budget.
Schedules meetings, documents and distributes meeting minutes to the team as required.
Manages subcontractors and vendors and monitors their scope and schedule.
Responsible for providing project status and progress updates including details on issues and their resolution to management.
Assists in the delivery of other internal activities such as new system implementation or processes.
Leads and/or participates in process improvement and other internal projects.
Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records
Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required:
10-15 years' experience within a heavy industry, construction, or manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and ERP (Visual)
Strong understanding of business, data, process, cultures, and people.
Ability to see the big picture while not losing focus of the small details.
Superior documentation skills including creating detailed records and history of events with proof (i.e., pictures, emails, receipts of delivery, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills abilities, with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with cross-functional teams and external parties.
Strong work ethic, positive energy and a take-charge attitude while remaining humble and cooperative.
Superior time-management and organizational abilities, with a strong ability to set and follow priorities.
Strong sense of ownership and urgency with an ability to understand the importance of others' requirements.
High ability to work independently, with an awareness of when to escalate a decision and ask for help.
Appreciation of feedback and constructive comments based in a desire to improve.
