Position Overview



We are seeking an experienced

Construction Project Manager

to oversee and deliver construction projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, scheduling, budgeting, and managing resources, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a key leadership role requiring excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities



Lead all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and updates. Negotiate and manage contracts, change orders, and procurement. Resolve project issues and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Mentor and support site staff to achieve project goals.

Qualifications



Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software (Procore or similar considered an asset). Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
