Responsibilities:

li
Assist in daily crew dispatch for the projects they are accountable for
/li

li
Coordinates and communicates material needs for their projects
/li

li
Reports on their project timelines and attends regular site and scheduling meetings
/li

li
Reports daily metrics (manpower, equipment...) and project timelines
/li

li
Attends regular site and scheduling meetings
/li

li
Ensures quality control on all their projects
/li

li
Follows proper project close out procedures (i.e.. invoice requests, CCC & FAC inspections)
/li

You bring:

Availability to work Monday-Saturday during construction season (May to Oct), Monday-Friday during winter months

3-5 years of experience supervising crews for large projects ideally in the landscaping or construction industry

li
Excellent organization skills and time management
/li

li
Proficient at operating landscape equipment (bobcat, loader, excavator, mower etc.)
/li

li
Knowledgeable about landscape construction standards within the City of Edmonton and surrounding municipalities
/li

li
Experience with paving stone and retaining wall construction in Alberta is an asset
/li

li
Class 5 driver\'s license required. Class 3 is an asset
/li
