- Overseeing the patient intake team and handling escalated intake patient calls as needed
- Coordinating with healthcare vendors and liaising with the project management team
- Managing changes to healthcare services
- Handling confidential patient information
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- 5 plus years of experience as a Project Manager managing organizational changes and implementing new strategies
- 5 plus years of experience in Healthcare managing changes to delivery systems and liaising with vendors and stakeholders
- 3 plus years of Leadership experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving project handling confidential patient information
- Experience in the healthcare field as a nurse or related discipline is an asset
