Preferred Qualifications

The Project Manager, Learning Experience will focus on all aspects of the customer’s learning journey. They will manage learning projects from strategy definition, technology applications, program development, and success criteria post go-live. Strong communication skills and teamwork are critical. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and a commitment to the life-long customer learning journey. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage projects supporting a specific business area (e.g., Content, Learning Technology, Delivery, Sales, as related to the Customer Journey/Experience)
  • Coordinate and monitor all project management activities to ensuring program objectives are met
  • Perform continuous monitoring of project activities to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and enhanced operational efficiency
  • Develop policies, procedures, templates, standards and documentation in support of the deployment, management and sustainability of the projects
  • Partner with the Education Services Leadership Team on key productivity metrics, analyzing data and developing strategies/proposals that impacting the customer experience
  • Define and manage project development and deliverables to support major project rollouts
  • Work with both inter and intradepartmental clients in discussing business opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with key NetSuite stakeholder groups on learning experience opportunities and represent Education Services on internal projects
  • Lead strategic project(s) with cross-functional team, across the organization
Preferred Qualifications include:
  • 4 or more years in relevant roles related to Education and Training function, ideally for a technology line of business organization.
  • Knowledge of process definition and documentation experience
  • Training project management experience
  • Ability to solve complex program issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and develops repeatable solutions
  • Experience working with customers, and commitment to quickly servicing their needs with excellence
  • Experience with training internal teams on new implementations and change management programs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.

Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.
