Job Description

Think Green Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage lighting projects from planning to completion. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical & organizational skills, proven project management ability, and experience overseeing multiple stakeholders. Prior experience in lighting or electrical, or construction-related project management is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, deliverables, communication, electrical teams, and overall execution across a portfolio of client projects. This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and the ability to take ownership of project outcomes while working collaboratively with internal and external teams.

Duties and Responsibilities



Manage lighting project timelines, deliverables, and communication from start to finish.

Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, electricians, warehouse staff, and internal teams.

Conduct or review site assessments, measurements, scope details, and installation requirements.

Identify risks or delays early and implement corrective actions.

Ensure accurate and organized project files, documentation, and updates.

Communicate with clients to confirm details, schedules, and ongoing project expectations.

Prepare internal status reports and project summaries for Operations Manager review.

Support process improvements within project workflow and operational systems.

Ensure projects adhere to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Learning and effectively using lighting layout software.

Prepare quotes using Think Green Solutions' custom-built quoting system.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience



Over 2 years of project management experience preferred.

Lighting, electrical, or construction project oversight experience required for the role.

Proficiency with

Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams

, and general digital project systems.

Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple projects.

Clear verbal and written communication skills for internal and client-facing interactions.

Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites when required.

A proactive, forward-driven leader who can motivate, direct, and hold electricians to high standards.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
