Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in construction management, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and resources effectively. The Project Manager will play a critical role in maintaining safety, quality control, and adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and project specifications Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution Oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance Utilize construction management skills for scheduling, documentation, and communication Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions Lead safety meetings and enforce safety regulations among all personnel on-site Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and milestones for stakeholders

Skills

Proven supervising experience in construction projects with a strong understanding of site operations and construction schedules Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety standards in construction environments Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with the Fifty6 team, customers, and trades. Familiarity with budgeting processes and cost control measures in construction projects Ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
