Job Description
Working under the direction of the Regional Team Leader within the Project Management Team, the Project Manager will manage standard projects. Accountable to the Regional Team Leader, the Project Manager will manage their proposal packages, project planning, change management, project execution, completion, project profitability process and post-sale follow up processes
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage standard, parametric, and custom projects Manage and monitor projects during proposals, execution, and closing phases Review contract Terms & Conditions for potential issues and discuss with the Team Leader Works directly with internal and external stakeholders Provide problems solving on project issues Understand product and service capabilities and limitations Mastery of internal processes and procedures Knowledge of architectural, control room, and ergonomic principles Provide support to the Regional Lead or other Project Managers as required Support ISO Quality standards and requirements Support the development of Project Coordinators under the direction of the Regional Lead
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/ PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Capable of interpreting and understanding technical and architectural drawings Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills Process oriented with a strong attention to detail Team leadership skills Strong business acumen Ability to develop a project Gantt chart
EDUCATION/SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE/INTERFACE
Post-secondary education, preferably with a technical background in engineering or business Project Manager are categorized into two levels. Level 1 generally has 5 years relevant working experience as a Project Manager. Level 2 generally has 10 years relevant working experience as a Project Manager * PMP Certified, PMI training or willing to take training
