About Us:
Pro Reliance Builds is a leading construction company specializing in multi-family developments ranging from 8 to 50 units per site. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret construction plans and specifications. Coordinate effectively with engineers, city officials, and subcontracted trades to ensure project alignment. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Manage permitting processes and ensure compliance with all regulations. Collaborate with site supervisors and other stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in multi-family developments. Proven expertise in managing trades, permitting, and coordinating complex projects. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
