Project Manager (Concrete Formwork)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team for high-rise and medium civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive concrete formwork experience and be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
As a Project Manager with our formwork team, you will be responsible for:
Documentation control including document and drawing management, project scheduling, contract administration, RFI's, etc.
Collaboration with engineers, site superintendents, the client(s), estimation, and finance.
Hiring the right personnel for the project and assigning them to the appropriate tasks.
Ensure timely completion of the project.
Work with the budget by adequately estimating costs and mitigating unnecessary expenditures.
Procuring and allocating resources to ensure there is no shortage while avoiding any delays.
Managing and building relationships with multiple teams.
Oversight and control of labor costs.
Requirements:
5 - 10 years of concrete formwork experience
Extensive knowledge of various rental forming systems
Proficiency in drafting and design with AutoCAD software
Excellent problem-solving skills
