Savvy Fire Protection Ltd is a growing Alberta-based fire protection contractor specializing in

sprinkler system installation, service, and inspections

for commercial, residential, and multi-unit projects.

-- and now, with our company expanding rapidly, we're looking for a

Project Manager

who's ready to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple fire protection projects from tender to completion. Plan, organize, and direct field crews, ensuring work meets schedule and quality expectations. Review drawings, specifications, and NFPA/ULC standards to ensure compliance. Prepare and track budgets, schedules, and project cost forecasts. Coordinate with GCs, engineers, vendors, and inspection authorities. Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Lead project meetings and provide clear communication between office and field. Monitor labour productivity, equipment usage, and material deliveries. Support site safety and ensure compliance with company and client policies.

Qualifications

Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in project management (preferably in

fire protection, mechanical, or construction

). Strong understanding of

NFPA 13/13R/13D and ULC standards

. Proven ability to read and interpret

construction drawings and specs

. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency with

project software

is an asset. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $57,907.66-$98,435.40 per year
