The Opportunity - Project Manager

Foothills is looking for an experienced full-time

Project Manager

to join our team. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, detail orientated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a busy team environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Project management, including coordination and estimating when required Prepare project cost analysis; identify labor, material, and time requirements Lead the planning and implementation of projects Assemble and coordinate project staff Manages project timelines, budget and resource allocation Quality assurance Project evaluations and assessment of results Support and effectively communicate with internal operations team Liaise, consult and communicate with clients

Qualifications:

Experience in project management or equivalent Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications Ability to prepare take-off, scheduling and estimating packages; Database management Proficient in MS Excel; MS Word; High attention to detail, ability to multitask and work under pressure; Self-motivated, positive attitude, able to work in a group dynamic

Experience:

Construction: Minimum three (3) years Project Management: Minimum three (3) years
