As a Falkbuilt Project Manager you will work with an innovative, fast paced, and ambitious team. Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Falkbuilt Branches and customers to get projects from design to production while ensuring top end customer service. Work closely with product development, manufacturing and management to create and maintain strong internal communication. Lead and support a team of Project Coordinators, Designers, and 3D Modelers. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary. Must be proficient in understanding construction as well as manufacturing methodologies. Participate in product mock-up as part of the design and development process.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects in the construction and/or manufacturing industry. Construction experience is a must. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Ability to read and extrapolate information from technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative team setting. Confident and capable in making timely, informed project-related decisions.

Working Conditions

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Capable of thriving in an open office setting with frequent collaboration and communication. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during work hours. Role involves time spent in both office and manufacturing/production environments. Occasional travel required between local work sites and international installations. Collaborative, fun, hardworking, hard-playing atmosphere. * Dogs are in the office regularly.
