Bowron Environmental Group Ltd. (Bowron) is a growing multi-disciplinary environmental management company focused on providing innovative and effective services to the upstream oil & gas industry. We are currently seeking a

Project Manager

to join our Site Closure, Liability Management & Regulatory team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, coordination, and reporting of Phase I-III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), reclamation, remediation, risk assessment, and soil/groundwater monitoring programs. Develop and implement work plans that balance client priorities, regulatory requirements, and efficiency. Interpret environmental data and prepare clear, defensible technical reports. Stay current with regulatory updates in Alberta, and communicate changes to clients and colleagues. Support continuous improvement of QA/QC systems and tools. Mentor and train junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional development.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a strong field background. Degree or diploma in environmental sciences or related discipline; professional designation an asset. Solid technical knowledge of site assessment, remediation, reclamation, groundwater monitoring, and spill response protocols. Strong technical skills with a variety of platforms and software. Strong organizational and project planning skills in a fast-paced industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team abilities. Sharp critical thinking, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
