Position Summary

Wingenback LTD is seeking a Project Manager to lead the coordination, planning, and execution of complex projects across multiple industries. This role is key to ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The PM will also play a leadership role in mentoring junior PMs, overseeing administrative support staff, and improving project management practices across the organization.

This position requires up to 50% travel at times, including frequent on-site client meetings. Candidates must be comfortable with a dynamic schedule and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as part of site visits and project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects.

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and clients to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

Assemble and manage cross-functional project teams.

Manage project budgets and track financial performance.

Oversee and support administrative staff to ensure accurate project documentation and reporting.

Monitor project progress and performance using appropriate tools and processes.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Anticipate, identify, and resolve project risks and issues.

Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Lead post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvements.

Maintain strong client relationships through regular site visits and communications.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of direct project management experience in a fast-paced environment.

PMP certification is an asset, not a requirement.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience supervising administrative staff is preferred.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Must be able to travel up to 50% and lift up to 50 lbs during site visits.
