Project Manager

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll play a critical role in delivering first-in-class products and service to our valued customers. You'll be accountable for managing project scope, schedule, and cost to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery. From kick-off to completion, you'll act as the key liaison between the customer and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do:

Oversee project budget, timeline, and quality from start to finish. Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Procurement, Production, and Quality). Manage change requests, resolve issues, and optimize project execution strategies. Facilitate project meetings, ensure milestones are met, and deliver timely reports to internal and external stakeholders. Support documentation control and ensure compliance with engineering and production processes.

What You Bring:

A degree in Engineering (preferred). 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment. PMP certification is an asset. Strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project. A knack for reading mechanical drawings and understanding complex processes.
