Specifically, we need someone to oversee and guide the entire insurance claims process with our clients and insurance partners. Each day presents new challenges and guarantees you will never be bored!
The right candidate has years of leadership in managing emergency water damage/loss mitigation and repair. They must be proficient with Xactimate, Xactanalysis, Contractor Connection and Outlook suite of products, and be familiar with Matterport and Encircle.
The right candidate is looking to for increased responsibility and autonomy to manage the claims process with all stakeholders and organized to manage all aspects of customer service and restoration.
As we are in the "helping people" industry, the right candidate will find job satisfaction when arriving on site and meeting with homeowners who have experienced a disaster. You can save the day and bring their home back to pre-loss condition while collaborating with our insurance partners.

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
