Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on and organized

Project Supervisor

to manage exterior renovation projects from start to finish. This individual will be responsible for ordering materials, coordinating deliveries, managing installation crews, and ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee exterior construction projects (roofing, siding, gutters/eaves) from initiation to completion. Order materials and confirm timely delivery to each job site. Verify material quantities and accuracy upon delivery. Coordinate and supervise crews, ensuring punctuality, safety, and top-quality work. Conduct regular site checks to monitor progress and address any quality or scheduling issues. Ensure all work complies with company standards and local building codes. Communicate effectively with homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members. Maintain daily records of site activity and report on job progress.

Qualifications:

Experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction is required. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read work orders, blueprints, or basic plans is an asset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $60,589.54-$85,000.00 per year
