The Project Manager's first major focus will be implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to modernize how we attract, engage, and hire talent. This role will also support other strategic initiatives, including process optimization, mergers and acquisitions integration, and advancing data-driven practices across the business.

The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including members from Corporate Services, Information Systems, and other enabling functions. The role will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

Responsibilities
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless implementation
Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets using appropriate control techniques
Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive issue resolution
Monitor project performance using established tools and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with function leads on change management, testing, and training activities
Ensure compliance with IT governance, change management, and data security standards
Document project deliverables, key decisions, and lessons learned
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams
Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required
Agile/Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is an asset
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects, ideally involving enterprise software implementations or upgrades
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR technology platforms is highly desirable
Experience collaborating with software development, data, and system integration teams
Understanding of cloud-based systems, APIs, and HR technology ecosystems
Ability to translate technical information into clear business language
