Job Description

-Develop a detailed project plan, outlining timelines, resources, budget, and milestones of sport products.

-Lead and motivate the sales and product team, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.

-Organize regular team meetings to track progress, address concerns, and resolve issues.

-Monitor the project's financial aspects, including budget adherence and cost control.

-Ensure all projects comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

: Act as the primary point of contact for Canadian distributors and logistics partners to ensure seamless delivery of sports equipment.

Risk Assessment

: Identify potential project risks (such as supply chain delays or regulatory changes in Canada) and develop contingency plans to minimize impact.

Quality Assurance

: Oversee the quality control process for incoming sports products to ensure they meet both Canadian safety standards and customer expectations.

Market Strategy Support

: Assist in analyzing competitor pricing and promotional activities within the British Columbia retail market to optimize project ROI.

Post-Project Evaluation

: Conduct post-mortem meetings to evaluate project success against initial KPIs and document "lessons learned" for future product launches.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,200.00-$5,210.00 per month
