About the Position

Project Manager
to join our Information and Technology Services (IaTS) team.
PBC's compensation program is built on a pay-for-performance philosophy, rewarding both individual and organizational achievements. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,800 - $88,000 per year, with the starting salary determined based on a combination of skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact
As a Project Manager, you would lead all aspects of projects from concept to closure and will liaise with consultants, vendors, client entities, and external agencies to deliver information technology "systems" projects.
You will lead projects mainly focused on providing new or improved automated business processes in accordance with the governance structures in place and through collaboration with key delivery groups.
You would help define project requirements and ensure the right systems are in place, apply conflict management skills throughout projects, and negotiate with parties to implement the best solutions.
As a Project Manager, this role would regularly report project progress through the project governance structure of identifying status, risks, schedule, and budget.
In this role, you would drive wins through building strong offerings, services, and solutions while providing clients with valuable relationship management, advise, direction, and leadership.
Key Experiences You Bring To This Role
5 - 8 years of related experience in IT project management including experience in an Agile environment and as a project manager of multi-stakeholder projects for a large complex organization across all project phases delivering projects greater than $500,000.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline.
Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, or equivalent.
SAFe certification, or equivalent.
Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies as well as change management practices.
Excellent knowledge of development, QA procedures, documentation, and testing.
