Project Management Opportunity:
We are looking for an energetic, capable, experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic PSG Team in a full-time capacity. This is currently a hybrid work position with 3 days in the office (Mon-Wed) and 2 days working from home (Thurs-Fri) and therefore must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our Burlington office.

suited for those with their primary Management experience being within the Engineering, Construction, or IT/Software Development sector.
The Project Manager is the critical bridge between senior management, the client and the project team tasked with the development and implementation of a given project. The Project Manager ensures that the team is appropriately set up with clear work assignments and timelines, that the scope of the project matches the statement of work, that the project progresses according to the approved project timeline and budget and meets PSG's quality standards. You will act as the primary contact for clients through the duration of the project, maintaining clear and regular communication, status updates and gathering input and approvals at key milestones. Projects may include design, development and implementation of unique performance improvement solutions, training programs of various formats, process improvement, in-dealership coaching or consulting initiatives.
Ideally, you also bring a unique skillset and experience that complements our team, whether that be experience in education, training and development, eLearning, consulting, communications or automotive.
Our Project Managers are hands-on contributors and actively support the development/ execution of our solutions as they are able.
What you get to do every day:
Planning and Problem Solving
Follow PSG Project management processes, templates and tools for budgets, project paths, tracking, and reporting.
Manage project scope, which includes defining and documenting scope at the outset of all projects, monitoring throughout the life of the project and reporting any deviations to Management and clients.
Create detailed project paths against the approved timeline detailing all project milestones, deliverables and client review points. Create and manage work plans and schedules as required to support the project path.
Budget Management
Create budgets based on statements of work at the outset of a project and confirm with Management, including contract resources, rate and contracts. Actively manage time and expenses against the budget toward an established target margin.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a primary interface to the client, vendors, and other resources associated with the projects assigned; maintain partnerships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients.
Organization
Oversee the creation and accuracy of project invoicing, submit monthly invoices for client billing purposes ; approve expenses received related to the project in accordance with budgets and contracts.

Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing in English (bilingual French an asset)
Detail oriented and superior organizational and time management skills
Experience managing projects successfully to budget and timelines
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to problem-solve appropriately as needed
Ability to work in a team environment and work independently
Demonstrated leadership skills with the proven ability to hold others accountable
Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills
Flexibility, open-minded attitude, ability to shift priorities with ease
What Qualifications are required:
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Bachelor's degree, business focus preferred though not essential
Proficient computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Zoom. Working knowledge of Mondays is considered an asset
PMP Certified or willingness to obtain
Experience in the field of automotive considered an asset
