As the Project Manager - Building Renovation & Lifecycle, you will report to the Senior Operations Manager and be responsible for managing and executing healthcare infrastructure projects within a hospital environment. This role requires project management expertise, strong communication with internal teams and external contractors, and a firm understanding of healthcare standards such as IPAC (Infection Prevention and Control).
You will oversee renovations, upgrades, and lifecycle projects-including managing subcontractors, coordinating with cleaning and operational teams, and ensuring safety and compliance are upheld throughout project execution. Experience with P3 (Public-Private Partnership) environments and lifecycle budget management (e.g., boiler replacement, fixture upgrades) is essential.
