Main Responsibilities

Perform technical design and coordination for various building mechanical projects. Collaborate within a team to design building mechanical systems for multiple sectors (institutional, office, commercial, cultural, and residential). Liaise with clients to understand their needs. Conduct surveys of existing installations. Analyze, design, and adapt building-related systems. Prepare preliminary design studies and various types of client reports. Estimate construction costs and contribute to project scheduling. Draft technical specifications and reports. Coordinate interdisciplinary work with external professionals. Provide support during construction supervision.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (or equivalent). Experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects. Minimum of 5 to 10 years' experience managing commercial and multi-residential projects; additional experience is definitely an asset. Fluent in French written and spoken. English is an asset. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
