Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Develop, maintain, and adjust construction schedules, ensuring milestones and critical paths are met. Manage and coordinate the work of site staff, subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe execution. Monitor daily progress and ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams regarding progress, challenges, and solutions. Prepare and process change orders, ensuring timely documentation, cost tracking, and approvals. Manage RFI ensuring clarity, timely resolution, and accurate documentation. Submit monthly progress estimates, assist with invoicing, and support financial tracking of the project. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays and maintain productivity. Conduct site inspections, coordinate third-party testing, and ensure work aligns with project drawings and specifications. Maintain accurate project records including daily reports, safety logs, material deliveries, and incident reports. Support project close-out activities, including deficiency tracking, final inspections, turnover packages, and warranty documentation.

Qualifications:

Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Microsoft Project etc.
