*Signing BonusWe currently have an opening for a Project Manager to join our growing team!As a Project Manager, you will play an integral part in the execution and delivery of branded environments, trade shows, and experiential marketing (XM) activations.This role will be hands-on and will report to the Manager of Project Management. The work is as varied as our projects and will include budgeting, scheduling, planning, fabrication and shipping logistics, and quality control.As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:Responsibilities:

• Manage all elements of a project from design to installation
• Effectively communicate with the client and other stakeholders to set expectations and to properly understand all aspects of the project
• Manage critical paths, milestones, cost estimates, and budgets for all aspects of the project
• Review and understand all detail drawings to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to source materials and determine costs
• Review and negotiate contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project budget and schedule
• Prepare and issue work orders and monitor shop and vendor production, including quality control inspection of completed parts
• Flexibility and strong problem-solving and planning skills
• Travel and site visits as required

Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture/Industrial Design/Design/Media AND/ORDemonstrable Experience working on Trade Shows/Immersive Experiences/Attractions/Custom Fabrication
• Proficiency managing every aspect of a project - including risk, schedules, budgets, cost forecasting, client team, procurement, vendors, manufacturing, quality, installation, site coordination and expectations
• Self-motivated, problem solver, and detail-minded with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Skilled in negotiations, time management and multi-tasking
• Knowledge and interest in custom millwork/metalwork with experience with a variety of materials like metal, solid surfaces, Corian, fabric, and acrylic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent in English - verbal and written
• Ability to work individually and as part of the team to meet deadlines and overachieve on goals
• Exceptional organizational skills
