Overview


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion. You will utilize various project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall, to ensure successful delivery while managing risks and resources effectively. Your leadership and communication skills will be crucial in guiding teams and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities



Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Utilize tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project for effective project tracking and reporting. Oversee requirements gathering and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. Implement change management processes to address project scope changes efficiently. Facilitate team meetings and maintain open lines of communication among team members and stakeholders. Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with vendors for resource procurement and manage vendor relationships effectively. Ensure compliance with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Kanban. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status, challenges, and successes.

Requirements



Proven experience in project management with a focus on IT projects. Familiarity with project management tools such as Confluence, Salesforce, Basecamp, Primavera P6, and Project Server. Strong understanding of various project management methodologies including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and PMBOK. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and supervising staff. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences. Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making based on data collection. Experience in budgeting, time management, quality management, and program management is preferred. Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus. Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders and vendors. Pay: $78,543.33-$88,453.85 per year
