Job Description
Project Manager
As Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including working closely with stakeholders to develop plans, establish timetables, and determine labor and material costs. They are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope.
Specific Skills
Licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario (P. Eng.)
Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, environmental, schedule and cost controls.
Creating and updating project schedule. Monitoring schedule throughout the project including management of subcontractors.
Implement and management of project execution plans.
Procurement of materials and required submissions.
Cost controls.
Implement and manage quality control programs.
Establish and implement policies and procedures for environmental management programs.
Implement and manage environmental programs.
Work Setting
Civil (road, dams and bridge construction, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
Schedule:
10 hour shift
Work Location: In person
