Your Mission:
As Project Manager, you will lead strategic planning, coordination, and execution of projects across Coverdale Infusion Clinics. From opening new clinics and onboarding new business partners to integrating systems and driving innovation, you'll be at the helm of delivering solutions that enhance our service delivery and patient experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and executing new business onboarding and operational projects across the clinic network
Coordinating partner communications and vendor collaborations
Developing detailed project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and timely status updates
Supporting clinic openings, relocations, and technology implementations in collaboration with Corporate Services
Ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope and budget
Participating in stakeholder meetings, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong leadership and project execution capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage complex projects, competing deadlines, and change initiatives
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum a plus)
Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering partner collaboration
PMP certification (or working toward it) is an asset
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4+ years of project management or implementation experience
3-5 years in a healthcare or pharmaceutical-related field highly preferred
Background in onboarding, client management, and new service launches
Compensation:
At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
