Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of emergency and restoration services. From the initial site assessment to project wrap-up, this role ensures that work is completed efficiently, safely, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, insurance representatives, subcontractors, and consultants, the Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage restoration and insurance-related projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines are met
Create and edit detailed Xactimate estimates and floor plans that meet BELFOR and insurer requirements
Maintain accurate documentation in internal platforms and insurer systems (XactAnalysis, Encircle, DocuSketch, etc.)
Secure work authorizations, permits, and client deposits while ensuring job compliance and efficiency
Coordinate schedules for personnel and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, adjusters, and consultants--ensuring transparency, timely updates, and satisfaction
Attend site inspections and communicate with regulatory officials to ensure legal and safety compliance
Strengthen client and industry relationships through networking, site meetings, and industry events
Manage project financials including billing, collections, and final sign-offs
Uphold safety standards by leading hazard assessments, enforcing PPE use, and reporting incidents
Respond to emergency calls and provide leadership in high-pressure situations
Offer feedback and mentorship to field teams to encourage continuous improvement
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Understanding of customer service principles and job site etiquette
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility toward client property and information
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle per BELFOR's Auto Policy
3+ years of experience in a project management role
Post-secondary education in Construction, Business, or Project Management
Experience with building codes, permits, and safety regulations
Proficiency with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, Encircle, and Docu Sketch is a plus
