Job Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Project Manager to support Canadian operations for a leading financial institution. This is a hands-on delivery role within a large-scale Core Banking Modernization Program, leveraging Thought Machine or similar next-generation core banking platforms, with a strong focus on on-prem to cloud transformation.

This individual will act as the eyes and ears of the Program Delivery Director, ensuring seamless execution, strong governance, and stakeholder alignment across a complex, enterprise-wide transformation.

Key Requirements:

10+ years of delivery/project management experience in financial services Proven experience leading core banking modernization programs Hands-on experience with Thought Machine or comparable modern core banking platforms Strong experience in on-premise to cloud migration (hybrid / cloud-native environments) Ability to manage multi-stream delivery, vendors, and senior stakeholders Strong governance, risk management, and execution mindset

Based in the Toronto area Required onsite presence 2-3 days per week (Downtown Toronto)

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
