Location: On-site in Barrie, Ontario

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Salary: $65,000+ per year (based on experience)

Travel: Required across North America

Language: Spanish (Fluency Required)

We are a leader in delivering specialized automation and equipment solutions across North America, with a strong market presence in Mexico. We're looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager to drive key initiatives from planning to delivery.

What You'll Do

Manage full lifecycle of automation projects -- from sales handover to delivery

Lead system installations, expansions, and upgrades

Build and guide cross-functional teams to meet project goals

Plan timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation

Maintain communication with internal teams and clients

Monitor third-party contractors and resolve conflicts or risks

Conduct post-project evaluations and report key insights

What You Bring

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field

2+ years of experience in Automation, Manufacturing Equipment, or Automotive

Fluency in Spanish (Required)

Experience with MS Office, Excel, and project tracking tools

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

ERP system knowledge is a plus
