Key Responsibilities
1. Contract & Quotation Management
Prepare
contracts
and
quotation forms
tailored to project requirements, tracking client approvals.
Source and analyze
subcontractor bids
, recommending optimal solutions and assisting in agreement finalization.
2. Quantity Calculation & Material Management
Interpret
CAD/construction drawings
to perform
quantity take-offs
and generate material lists.
Procure materials aligned with project timelines, verify deliveries, and resolve supplier discrepancies.
3. Schedule & Cost Control
Assist in developing
Gantt charts
and monitor critical milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
Track budget variances using cost summaries and propose efficiency improvements.
4. On-Site Coordination & Client Communication
Liaise daily with
Site Supervisors
to relay progress updates, issues, and corrective actions.
Respond promptly to client inquiries via WeChat, email, and meetings, documenting follow-ups.
5. Safety Compliance & Documentation
Conduct safety inspections (fire extinguishers, PPE, first aid kits) and maintain compliance records.
Organize project documentation (contracts, change orders, inspection reports) for audits.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with property managers, inspectors, and designers for approvals and handovers.
Support project closure tasks, including final settlements and warranty documentation.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Fluent in
Mandarin
and
proficient in English
(business writing & oral communication).
Minimum
2 years of PMA experience
in
construction/renovation industries
.
Strong ability to read blueprints, calculate quantities, and manage project documentation.
Immediate availability.
Preferred:
Degree in
Construction Management, Architecture, Design
, or related fields.
Knowledge of local safety regulations and subcontractor coordination.
Have a driver's license and own vehicle
