We are looking for a motivated and reliable Project Manager Assistant/Labourer to join our Calgary division, supporting our CEO Leon Ritz.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position for someone who isn't afraid to hustle, problem-solve, and grow. You'll work directly under our Project Manager and assist with daily site management, material handling, and light construction tasks. This role is a subcontractor position with the potential to grow into a

Junior Project Manager

position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Hauling trailers (Work Truck supplied from us): 14 ft Dump Trailer Pick up and deliver materials to job sites Dump runs and disposal Pressure washing fences, decks, and siding (equipment provided) Painting and staining fences and decks Re-screening window screens Roof inspections and taking photos (must be comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs) Colour matching siding and soft metals Acting as a liaison between subcontractors and the Project Manager Additional labour and site support tasks as needed

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license (no major infractions) Clean Abstract Ladder is handy but not required Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Roofing/Siding experience is an asset but willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

Compensation:

Hourly subcontractor position -- competitive rates based on experience Pay discussed during interview
