Your future responsibilities as Project Manager, Asset Maintenance

Plan, coordinate, and follow up on projects related to buildings, car washes, and other real estate assets; Take charge of breakdowns, repairs, upgrades of facilities and equipment; Analyze project profitability, manage budgets, and review financial reports; Supervise inspections, control work quality, and ensure deadlines are met.

To be our Project Manager, Asset Maintenance, you need

Over 3 years of experience in a similar role; A bachelor's degree or certificate in project management (an asset); Strong knowledge of project management; Good command of both French and English, spoken and written (English is required to communicate with our anglophone teams).
