Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile.

Duties

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote team collaboration. Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution. Utilize Workday for resource management and project tracking. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. Oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Foster a positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT or related fields. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and program management principles. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Proficiency in Workday or similar project management tools is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and development. Strong data analysis skills to support project planning and execution. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
