Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in multiple project management methodologies and tools. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and Scrum. Lead project planning sessions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Manage project execution by coordinating team members, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project milestones. Utilize tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Trello, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server for planning and tracking progress. Conduct risk management activities including identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning. Oversee requirements gathering and requirements management processes to ensure clear scope definition. Monitor project budgets and timelines; perform data analysis and data collection to inform decision-making. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders through presentations and status reports. Manage change management processes to adapt project scope or objectives as needed while maintaining stakeholder alignment. Ensure quality management standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle. Lead program management efforts for multiple related projects ensuring strategic alignment.

Requirements

Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile frameworks like SAFe. Demonstrated supervising experience with team management capabilities across diverse teams. Proficiency in project management tools including Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Primavera P6, Trello, Workday, Basecamp. Expertise in vendor management and negotiation skills to coordinate external partners effectively. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP), SAS analytics tools, Salesforce CRM platform. Familiarity with quality management systems and risk management practices. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Effective leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team motivation. Data analysis skills for performance measurement and process improvement initiatives. Ability to adapt to various project management methodologies including Waterfall and Kanban based on project needs. Pay: $58,041.94-$128,889.98 per year
