Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien.This position will report to the Mine Capital Portfolio Manager.What you will do:\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the successful execution of capital projects, which includes ensuring work is occurring safely, within budget, on schedule, and achieves business objectives\xc2\xb7 Follow Nutrien\'s Project Management policies, procedures and systems\xc2\xb7 Assess, manage, communicate and report on project status and risks\xc2\xb7 Creating project documents such as WBS, Cost Estimates, Risk Registers, Schedules and Execution Plans\xc2\xb7 Manage all required project documentation through the project life cycle\xc2\xb7 Interface with stakeholders and project teams for successful project development, execution and completion\xc2\xb7 Present recommendations and be involved with decision-making on technical aspects of projects\xc2\xb7 Assist with planning future year Capital budgets, project scope and cost estimations, and project evaluation and selections\xc2\xb7 Be a safety leader and foster a positive safety culture\xc2\xb7 Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environmentWhat you will bring:\xc2\xb7 University Degree or Technical Diploma\xc2\xb7 Project Management designation is an asset\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and time management skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to handle a large and varied workload\xc2\xb7 Application of Project Management principles and techniques in accordance with PMBOK\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage projects involving multiple disciplines\xc2\xb7 Creative and innovative problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to make timely decisions that align with project objectives and company values\xc2\xb7 Strong technical writing skills\xc2\xb7 Professional speaking abilities (ie. speaking in public to groups, and via electronic media)\xc2\xb7 Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical people\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with estimating project costs and forecasting cash flows\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams)\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Planisware software is an asset\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Primavera scheduling software is an asset\xc2\xb7 Proficiency with Oracle Business Intelligence software is an assetReady to make an impact with us?
