Project ManagerAs a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our project management team, working in conjunction with project engineers and design groups. Your responsibilities will include supporting tenured project engineers, preparing P&IDs, performing calculations, and collaborating with other PMs for budgeting and scheduling. You will be client-facing and may support either the heavy oil or gas side of our business.Hard Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience within the oil & gas industry (EPC, EPCM, Owner)
• $100M project management experience
• Interface management skills
• Vendor management skills
• Experience with FEED studies into fabrication (preferred)
• Rotating equipment experience (preferred)
• Package work experience (preferred)
• Experience in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict
• Ability to interface with clients and fabrication shops
• Ability to respond to last-minute project changes
• Ability to manage client relations

Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Airdrie, Alberta.Work EnvironmentOur work environment is fully office-based. Project engineers coordinate closely with project managers. You will be reporting to a superior, and you may switch groups or work on the compression side of the business. While most of our team members handle one project at a time, some might juggle 3-4 projects. Projects range from $20K to $500M.
