Alteo is looking for a Project Manager for a permanent position based in Montreal (downtown).

As part of a human-sized SME specializing in the development and integration of e-commerce solutions, you will contribute to all stages of the lifecycle: needs analysis, architecture discussions, development, application design, product integration, programming, testing and deployment, maintenance and evolution.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all project rules, procedures, practices and structure.
• Manage resource allocation and governance mechanisms for project decision-making.
• Manage project group customers and/or support/evolutions
• New requests, categorization in the team backlog
• Communications and customer account management
• Priority management within the team
• Daily Scrum
• Customer feedback and work planning
• Resource allocation management and planning
• Project reporting and support for special report to Lead Project Manager (as required)
• Time and financial status
• Scope progress and future planning
• Project management in Microsoft Dynamics
• New project creation, budget modifications and traceability;
• Work in an Agile development environment, be part of the SCRUM team and contribute to the improvement of the internal functioning of the team;
• Collaborate in the implementation of a PMO and participate in the review, improvement and documentation of project management and delivery processes;
• Develop strong relationships with colleagues and customers through constant communication;
• Collaborate with external suppliers and partners as required;
• Keep up to date in the technology industry and challenge the status quo.

Profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, management or equivalent
• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) or PSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) certification a plus
• 3-8 years\' experience in project management
• Experience in web project management, e-commerce a plus
• Knowledge of website development process and infrastructure
• Good knowledge of the Agile environment
• Ability to plan and organize work with clear priorities
• Ability to solve technological problems
• Open-minded, entrepreneurial, self-starter who doesn\'t accept the status quo
• Bilingual French and English (spoken and written)

Au sein d\'une PME \xc3\xa0 taille humaine sp\xc3\xa9cialis\xc3\xa9e en d\xc3\xa9veloppement et int\xc3\xa9gration de solutions de commerce \xc3\xa9lectronique, vous contribuerez \xc3\xa0 toutes les \xc3\xa9tapes du cycle de vie : analyse des besoins, discussions de l\'architecture, d\xc3\xa9veloppement, conception de l\'application, int\xc3\xa9gration de produit, programmation, tests et d\xc3\xa9ploiements, maintenance et \xc3\xa9volution.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

• Assurer une veille sur l\'ensemble des r\xc3\xa8gles, des proc\xc3\xa9dures, des pratiques et de la structure des projets.
• G\xc3\xa9rer l\'affectation des ressources et la mise en place des m\xc3\xa9canismes de gouvernance n\xc3\xa9cessaires \xc3\xa0 la prise de d\xc3\xa9cisions pour chaque projet.
• Gestion des clients du groupe de projet et/ou support/\xc3\xa9volutions
• Nouvelles demandes, cat\xc3\xa9gorisation dans le backlog de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Communications et gestion du compte client
• Gestion des priorit\xc3\xa9s au sein de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Scrum journalier
• R\xc3\xa9troaction client et planification du travail
• Gestion de l\'affectation des ressources et planification
• Compte rendu des projets et support pour rapport sp\xc3\xa9cial au lead Gestionnaire de projet (au besoin)
• Statut des heures et financier
• Progr\xc3\xa8s de l\'\xc3\xa9tendue des travaux et planification future
• Gestion des Projets dans Microsoft Dynamics
• Cr\xc3\xa9ation de nouveaux projets, modifications de budget et tra\xc3\xa7abilit\xc3\xa9;
• Travailler dans un environnement de d\xc3\xa9veloppement Agile, faire partie de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe SCRUM et contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration du fonctionnement interne de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe
• Collaborer dans la mise en place d\'un PMO et participer \xc3\xa0 la r\xc3\xa9vision et l\'am\xc3\xa9lioration et la documentation des processus de gestion et de livraison de projets
• D\xc3\xa9velopper des relations solides avec ses coll\xc3\xa8gues et clients en ayant une communication constante
• Au besoin, collaborer avec des fournisseurs et partenaires externes
• Se maintenir \xc3\xa0 jour dans le domaine des technologies et remettre en question le statu quo.

Profil:

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en informatique, gestion ou l\'\xc3\xa9quivalent
• Certificats CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) ou PSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) sont un plus
• 3-8 ann\xc3\xa9es d\'experience en gestion de projets
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en gestion de projets web, e-commerce un plus
• Connaissances du processus de d\xc3\xa9veloppement d\'un site web et de son infrastructure
• Bonne connaissance de l\'environnement Agile
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 planifier et organiser son travail en \xc3\xa9tablissant clairement les priorit\xc3\xa9s
• Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa8mes technologiques
• Ouvert d\'esprit, entrepreneur, esprit d\'initiative qui n\'accepte pas le statu quo
• Bilingue fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais (oral et \xc3\xa9crit)
