The Work

  • Support project management activities across various phases of the project lifecycle, including schedule tracking, budget follow-up, documentation, and quality monitoring.
  • Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining alignment with established project goals.
  • Participate in planning sessions and help gather inputs for roadmap development, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to project governance by supporting the preparation of status reports, dashboards, KPIs, and meeting materials.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive presentations and project documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project processes, tools, and team ways of working.
Here's What You'll Need
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Flexible to travel to Mirabel
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project support, or a related role.
  • Interest in developing skills in project management within the aerospace or engineering sectors.
  • Strong sense of initiative, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented attitude.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Aerospace/Automative experience
  • Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with a collaborative and positive mindset.
  • Interest in learning agile and waterfall methodologies and contributing to organizational improvement efforts.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
It does not represent a maximum limit -- in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
Role Location Hourly Salary Range
British Columbia/Ontario $25.41 to $49.45
