Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Roofing/Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and sales acumen, particularly in outside sales and business development.

Duties

Manage all phases of construction/roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms. Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective account management and customer service. Identify new business opportunities through B2B sales strategies and marketing initiatives. Utilize Company CRM for tracking project progress, managing client interactions, and analyzing sales data. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to cater to diverse client bases.

Skills

Proven experience in outside sales, negotiation, and business development within the construction industry. Strong account management skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and marketing strategies relevant to construction projects. Proficient in technology sales with the ability to understand complex technical concepts. Excellent analytical skills for assessing project performance and identifying areas for improvement. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
